btk11 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and btk11 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the btk11 website at btk11.pro, including all game content, betting markets, promotional offers, payment services, and any other features offered through the platform.

By accessing btk11.pro, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the btk11 platform. btk11 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

3. Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one registered account on btk11. Holding multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same Bangladesh mobile number, the same device, or the same household — is strictly prohibited. btk11 uses automated systems and manual review processes to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are found, all associated accounts may be suspended and balances voided.

Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username (mobile number) and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party, including family members, friends, or any person claiming to act on behalf of btk11. btk11 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any activity conducted on your account — including bets placed and deposits made — is your responsibility while your credentials remain active.

KYC Verification

btk11 may require Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing your first significant withdrawal or at any point during your use of the platform. KYC verification may require you to submit documents such as:

Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit via bKash and Nagad is ৳200. The minimum deposit via Rocket is ৳300. Deposits are credited to your btk11 account balance within 60 seconds under normal processing conditions. btk11 does not charge a platform fee on deposits; however, your mobile wallet provider may apply their own standard transfer fees. It is your responsibility to verify fees with your payment provider before depositing.

Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals from btk11 are processed exclusively to the mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket) that is registered in your name and linked to your account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. btk11 reserves the right to request identity verification before releasing any withdrawal. The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• Withdrawals under ৳25,000 are typically processed within minutes of approval. Withdrawals above ৳25,000 may require additional KYC verification and may take up to 24 hours.
• btk11 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal requests pending investigation where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms.
• Any deposit that was processed using a payment method not registered in your name will result in the withdrawal being refused and the matter referred to our compliance team.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

btk11 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, tournament leaderboard prizes, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific bonus terms published at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and a specific bonus promotion's terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.

Wagering Requirements

All bonuses awarded on btk11 carry a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise. The wagering requirement specifies how many times a bonus amount (or, in some cases, the bonus plus deposit amount) must be turned over in real-money wagers before any winnings derived from that bonus become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements and eligible game contributions are stated clearly in the individual bonus terms attached to each offer.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses may only be claimed by the eligible account holder. Bonus funds may not be transferred between accounts.
• btk11 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and without prior notice.
• Where btk11 determines that a bonus has been claimed or used in bad faith, fraudulently, or in breach of these Terms, btk11 may void the bonus, cancel any associated winnings, and suspend or close the account.
• Players may only participate in one welcome bonus. Claiming multiple welcome bonuses through new accounts is considered bonus abuse and will result in account termination.
• Bonus funds are consumed before real-money balances in wagering. Once the wagering requirement is met, any resulting balance — up to the maximum cashout limit stated in the bonus terms — becomes withdrawable.

6. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

All bets placed on btk11 are subject to the specific game rules applicable to that game or betting market. Game rules are available within each game interface. In the event of a dispute, the game rules take precedence over any general description of how a game works.

Sports Betting

btk11 offers odds on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and international fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports. Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed — evidenced by a bet reference number — the odds are locked for that wager. In-play bets are accepted at the live odds displayed at the time of submission. btk11 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets affected by technical errors, pricing errors, or events that have already concluded at the time of placement.

Casino and Game Integrity

All casino games offered on btk11 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems from licensed third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. btk11 does not alter game outcomes. The following conduct is prohibited across all games on the platform:

• Colluding with other players to fix outcomes, share information, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage.

7. Responsible Gaming

8. Account Suspension and Termination

btk11 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where any of the following circumstances apply:

• The account is found to be a duplicate of another existing account held by the same individual.
• The player has engaged in fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, collusion, or use of prohibited automated systems.
• A self-exclusion or responsible gaming restriction has been applied to the account at the player's own request.

Upon account closure, any balance remaining in the account will be assessed by our compliance team. Where the closure is the result of a breach of these Terms by the player, btk11 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the remaining balance. Where the closure is initiated by the player under responsible gaming provisions, any genuine real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus funds) will be returned to the player's verified payment method.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on btk11.pro — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, software, and underlying code — is the intellectual property of btk11 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, or create derivative works from any btk11 content without prior written authorisation from btk11.

The btk11 brand name, logo, and domain are trademarks of btk11. Unauthorised use of the btk11 trademark — including in domain names, social media handles, or promotional materials — is prohibited and may result in legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, btk11 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings resulting from a platform outage or technical error; loss of data; interruption of service; or any other loss or damage not caused by our direct negligence.

btk11's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.

11. Amendments to These Terms

btk11 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
